Relax pregnancy travel insurance

Pregnancy is classed as a Medical Condition. This means that you may need to disclose your pregnancy and complete a medical assessment when purchasing your policy.

RACV Travel Insurance policies provide some cover for pregnant mothers. RACV Travel Insurance covers single non-complicated pregnancies up to 25th week of pregnancy. For all other pregnancies, a medical assessment must be completed. To check whether your pregnancy is covered, read the RACV Travel Insurance Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).

As with all travel insurance, it is important that expectant mothers consider if they should travel, seek their doctor’s advice and ensure the policy provides the coverage they need.
