RACV Safe Mates Teacher Survey

  1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry.
  2. All employees of the promoter and its related bodies corporate and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter
  3. Entry is by way of completing a survey form, and the survey is open to teachers who registered for the 2016 RACV Safe Mates Program.
  4. Competition commences 9:00am 2 June 2016 and closes at 11:59pm 14 July 2016 ("the promotion period").
  5. Entrants must complete and submit a survey form during the promotion period and provide their name and email details to eligible to win.
  6. Eligible entrants can only enter the competition once.
  7. The draw will take place at 11am on Tuesday 19 July 2016 at 550 Princes Hwy, Noble Park North, Victoria.
  8. There are five prizes, each prize consisting of a $100 RACV gift card with the total prize pool worth $500. ("the Prizes").
  9. Prizes will be awarded to the first ten valid entries drawn.
  10. The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and/or email and the winners’ details will be published online at racv.com.au.
  11. If the prize is not claimed by the winner(s) within 3 months of the date of notification, the prize will be deemed to be forfeited by the winner(s).
  12. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  13. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of the acceptance and use of the prize by winner. The promoter is not responsible or liable for loss, theft, unauthorised use or damage of prize after presentation or delivery to the winner.

  15. The personal information submitted in an entry is collected by the promoter and will be used for the purpose of conducting the promotion. Personal information supplied by entrants may be provided to related bodies corporate or agencies of the Promoter and third parties involved in promoting or conducting the promotion for the purposes of conducting the promotion and future marketing and publicity communications. Name and address details of entrants may be used as a mailing list for future promotions and marketing carried out by the promoter, including via electronic messages and telephoning the entrant. Entrants can request to access, update or correct information or request not to receive information about future promotions by calling 13 RACV (13 1228).   16. Entrants’ submissions may be used for future promotions carried out by the promoter. Entrants can request their submissions not be used in future promotions by calling 9790 2863).
  17. No responsibility is accepted for lost, misdirected or delayed mail. The promoter accepts no responsibility and no liability for entries not received.
