RACV Election Monitor and Transport Promise Tracker

RACV is keeping track of the State Government's progress in delivering transport commitments to inform our members and the wider community of the important commitments made in the election campaign. RACV will regularly release an updated Transport Promise Tracker.

RACV 2014 State Election Report Card

RACV’s State Election Monitor kept track of the transport promises and spending announcements of the parties during the 2014 State Election campaign. RACV's State Election Report Card compared the commitments of the three major parties towards a range of road and public transport projects and programs that would provide better access, safety and mobility for Victorians.

The projects and programs included in the Report Card were based upon RACV's Regional Growing Pains and Outer Metropolitan Growing Pains reports, RACV Redspot Survey, RACV On Track Survey, the Australian Road Assessment Program (AusRAP) and other market research, investigations and campaigns.
