Four Pillars Gin
Four Pillars is a small gin distillery in Healesville, Yarra Valley. Established in 2013, we now produce multiple award-winning gins (with new expressions released all the time) and in 2015 opened Australia’s home of all things gin, a tasting bar and working distillery just one hour from Melbourne’s CBD.
Every time we distill a batch of gin we are left with around 3 kilograms of fresh oranges which have essentially been steamed in gin. To put these to proper use we’ve created our own Orange Marmalade, made from the oranges which made our gin.
